When arriving for appointments
As part of my effort to provide the safest experience possible for all clients, and to comply with all measure set out by the province of Saskatchewan regarding reopening guildlines. After each treatment, I will be providing additional cleaning measures on top of my already established practices.
New clients, please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time to fill out all necessary first time paperwork.
Reoccurring clients, please arrive 5 minutes before treatment start time.
There is parking on the premise, if you arrive before the timelines above, please wait in your vehicle until it is time to enter the office.

Myofascial Cupping
Myofascial cupping is a form of trigger point therapy and myofascial release. This therapy combines massage and stretching techniques with the use of pressurised cups.
ABOUT ME
Clodagh Gomes, RMT
Hi my name is Clodagh! I am the owner and operator of Celtic Knot Massage Therapy. I graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 1998 and have actively practiced massage therapy in the Regina area for 20+ years. I am registered with the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS) and centralize my area of focus on deep tissue massage, chronic pain and sport injury.
I pride myself on attention to detail as well as aiding my clients with preventative techniques. As each client's needs vary, I apply unique integrations to assure relaxation, pain relief and overall satisfaction. I am proud to be part of the Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan and stay up-to-date on the latest massage therapy discoveries.
Outside of work I enjoy biking, gardening and being outdoors.
